8 Slow Roasted Chicken Legs

As cooked by Laurie

This slow cooked recipe was perfect for the hunkered down Saturday we spent at home today, working on indoor projects and watching April Fool's Day snow and rain creating a yucky mess outside.  What was perfect is the fact that slow cooking makes the house smell so wonderful!

Dinner tonight.

This is actually the first time the recipe has been written down.  Laurie has been cooking this chicken leg recipe for years, but because it is so simple she's never reduced it to writing. After the meal, I wrote down all the details.
